Minimum Stays
Bookings taken for the Peak Season (20 December to 06 February) are a minimum of 7 nights, unless there is gap
that can be filled. Anniversary, Easter, Queens Birthday and Labour weekend – a minimum booking of 3 nights is
required, unless otherwise agreed. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for weekend bookings throughout the

A deposit is required to confirm the reservation at the time of booking:-
1 Night Stay 100 % of accommodation cost
2 Night Stay 50% of accommodation cost
+3 Nights Stay 25% of the booking value.
The physical receipt for the deposit processed will be forwarded with the reservation confirmation or furnished at
time of Check In or Check Out.

Payment of Accommodation Charges
Payment of remaining Accommodation Charges is required at time of Check In. All other charges incurred during
your stay will be payable on your departure.

Additional People
Each apartment has a maximum number of guests permitted to stay. Should you wish to have an extra person stay,
this must be advised prior to arrival. A charge of $35.00 per additional person per night will be applied where
consent is given by Belle Mer Management.
Management reserves the right to refuse access to additional persons to an apartment.

Car parking
One car space in our secure basement is allocated to each apartment for their use. Additional car parks may be
available on occasion and will be allocated at the discretion of Belle Mer Management.

Cancellations and Refunds
For all reservations taken by phone where there is not sufficient time to communicate in writing prior to arrival an
explanation of the Cancellation Policy of Belle Mer will be given verbally. For all reservations taken by e-mail or
letter a copy of the Cancellation Policy of Belle Mer will be forwarded with the reservation confirmation.
A cancellation number will be given when bookings are cancelled.

Peak Season Cancellations (20 December to 06 February) – Cancellations for bookings during this period
require a minimum of 30 days’ notice.
No refunds are given if you decide to cut your holiday short unless we can relet the apartment at the same

Credit card details must be supplied for ALL bookings regardless of the method of payment for security reasons. In
your interest please be assured ALL credit card details will be kept secure.
We reserve the right to change at any time our booking and cancellation policy. If you have any queries, please do
